This is the pressing question that drives Prof. Deanna D’Alessandro, the Director of the Sydney Net Zero Institute (previously Net Zero Initiative) at the University of Sydney. As a chemist deeply rooted in materials chemistry and a passionate advocate for environmental preservation, Prof. D’Alessandro leads an initiative that unites over 150 colleagues from various faculties, all working together to tackle the complex challenges of achieving net zero emissions.
